Prevention is better than cure, at Banabatau Projects maintenance division, this is our main focus, for all our business and industrial clients. Through identifying and addressing key needs, we are able to assist you in simplifying maintenance management of your property portfolio.

Our Services

Carpentry
This refers to but is not limited to, all repairs of windows, doors, frames, ceilings, partitioning, displays and any general repairs or replacements required.

Painting
Our painting services offer 20 years combined experience and dependability, covering any floor to wall painting as well as enhancing any interior or exterior surfaces.

Flooring and Tiling
All interior and exterior flooring and tiling floor to wall. We are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skill to correct and repair various flooring and tiling specifications. We can also recommend and execute various other aesthetic finishes, including but not limited to concrete finishes.

Roofing Repairs
All necessary roofing repairs and waterproofing of roofs can be done by our team working with a variety of methods available to suit your specific requirements.

Wall and Fence Repairs
Any general or specific repairs required to fences and walls.

Shop fronts – Aluminium & Glass
Any new installations, including repairs, modifications to shop fronts, partitioning etc.

Wet work
Any general wet work, including but not limited to brickwork, plastering, skimming etc.

Plumbing
Banabatau Projects is also affiliated with K-Plumbing who can service, repair or replace any plumbing defects that may arise.
